GRIT POWER
GRIT POWER - 45 minutes of work + 15 minutes of prep and recovery movements. HIIT style rowing or cycling (first come first serve on the rowers + bikes) segments vary from 1 - 8 minutes paired with strength training. Every single row stroke utilizes over 86% of your muscles while being low impact so its easy on your joints. Build cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility in this high intensity full body workout. Floor work may include dumbbells (2-30plds), slam balls, TRX and your own bodyweight.
GRIT ENDURANCE / Row & Ride
GRIT ENDURANCE - 45 minutes of work + 15 minutes of prep and recovery movements. Rowing segments varies from 12 - 40 minute segments paired with strength / resistance training. The focus in this class is mostly low to moderate intensity while you build your fitness foundation. Every row stroke utilizes over 86% of your muscles while being low impact so its easy on your joints. Build cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility in this lower intensity full body workout. Floor work may include dumbbells (2-30plds), slam balls, TRX and your own bodyweight.
GRIT HYBRID
GRIT HYBRID - 45 minutes of work + 15 minutes of prep and recovery movements. Our Hybrid Class incorporates elements from the Endurance & Power Classes! You are welcome to ride the bike or use the rower (first come first serve on the rowers + bikes) in this fun, fast paced class to torch calories, build muscle and cardio endurance. Adding variety to your workouts keeps your muscles and brain on their toes! Build cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility in this full body workout. This class incorporates shorter power segments and one 8 - 12 minute low intensity endurance piece. Floor work may include dumbbells (2-30plds), slam balls, TRX and your own bodyweight.
GRIT RIDE
GRIT RIDE - 45 minutes of work + 15 minutes of prep and recovery movements. Spinning certified instructors use a combination of flats, hills to work on strength + endurance on the bike. This low-impact/high-intensity class will torch calories, build muscle mass and leave you sweaty for sure! Our studio bikes are compatible with road bike SPD cleats and regular gym shoes too.
